How to request deletion of your personal data from Ragenaizer

1. Overview

Ragenaizer is operated by WISETRACK TECHNOLOGIES LLP (India). This page explains how you can request deletion of personal data that Ragenaizer holds about you — including data collected through our Facebook Lead Ads integration, our LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms integration, and our core CRM / HRMS / Drive / PMS modules.

We honour deletion requests from three groups of people:

  • Tenant users — employees and administrators who sign in to Ragenaizer.
  • Leads and prospects — individuals whose contact information was captured through a Ragenaizer tenant's Facebook Lead Ads form, LinkedIn Lead Gen form, or another lead source.
  • Website visitors — anyone whose data we collect through analytics, cookies, or contact forms on ragenaizer.com.

2. Facebook Lead Ads Data

When a Ragenaizer tenant connects a Facebook Page to their CRM, we receive and store the following on their behalf:

  • Page metadata — Facebook Page name, Page ID, and an encrypted page access token.
  • Lead submissions — name, email address, phone number, and any other form fields a lead filled in on the tenant's Facebook Lead Ads form.
  • Ad metadata — ad ID, form ID, and campaign identifiers attached to each lead.

Facebook data is used exclusively to populate leads in the tenant's CRM pipeline. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, resale, or any unrelated purpose.

To request deletion of all Facebook-related data tied to you:

Email privacy@ragenaizer.com with the subject line Facebook Data Deletion Request.

Include in the email:

  • The email address and/or phone number you used on the lead form.
  • The Facebook Page name of the business that advertised to you (if you remember it).
  • Approximate date you submitted the form, if known.

We will locate all records that match, delete them across primary storage and database backups within the retention window, and email you a confirmation.

When a tenant disconnects their Facebook Page from the CRM, we immediately revoke the stored page access token. Existing lead records created before disconnection remain in the tenant's CRM until the tenant deletes them or you request deletion using the process above.

3. LinkedIn Data

When a Ragenaizer tenant connects a LinkedIn account or Company Page, we receive:

  • Profile metadata — LinkedIn profile name, headline, company, and profile URL of the connecting user.
  • Lead submissions — name, email, phone, job title, company, and other fields submitted via LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms.
  • Campaign metadata — campaign ID, form ID, and advertising account identifiers.

To request deletion of all LinkedIn-related data tied to you:

Email privacy@ragenaizer.com with the subject line LinkedIn Data Deletion Request.

Include the email/phone you submitted on the form and, if known, the company that ran the LinkedIn campaign. We will confirm deletion in writing.

4. Account & CRM Data

If you have a Ragenaizer tenant account (you log in to manage leads, employees, files, projects, etc.), you have two ways to remove your data:

4.1 Delete specific records from inside the app

  • Individual leads — open the lead in CRM and click Delete.
  • Employee records — from HRMS, deactivate the employee. To permanently delete, contact your HR admin who can request a hard delete.
  • Files — delete files or entire folders from Drive.
  • Projects / tasks / timesheets — delete from PMS.

4.2 Close the entire tenant account

To close your tenant and erase all associated data:

Email privacy@ragenaizer.com from the admin email address on file, with the subject line Tenant Account Deletion Request.

We will verify your identity, export a final copy of your data to you if you ask, and permanently delete the tenant — including CRM leads, HRMS records, Drive files, PMS projects, and all associated Facebook/LinkedIn page connections — within 30 days.

5. Self-Service Deletion Inside Ragenaizer

Wherever possible we want you to control your own data without emailing us. Inside Ragenaizer:

  • CRM → Leads list: each lead row has a delete action.
  • CRM → Settings → Integrations: disconnect Facebook / LinkedIn pages to revoke stored tokens.
  • Drive: delete individual files and folders; emptied Trash is permanent.
  • Profile → Account: change or delete the email, phone, and personal details on your account profile.

For bulk deletion, export, or full erasure, please use the email workflows in section 2, 3, and 4 above.

6. Timeline & Confirmation

  • Acknowledgement — we acknowledge every deletion request by email within 2 business days.
  • Completion — we complete the deletion from our primary production database within 7 business days.
  • Backups — encrypted rolling backups are cycled out within 30 days. Your data will be fully gone from backups no later than 30 days after your request.
  • Confirmation — you receive a final confirmation email that deletion is complete.

7. Data We May Be Required to Retain

In a small number of cases Indian and international law requires us to retain some records even after your deletion request. When this applies we retain only the minimum necessary and never use the data for any other purpose. Examples:

  • Tax invoices and payment records — retained for 7 years under Indian GST and Income Tax rules (CGST Act s. 36 and IT Act s. 139AA).
  • Fraud & abuse logs — anonymised logs required to protect the platform and other users.
  • Legal holds — data under a valid legal request or court order.

We will tell you in the deletion confirmation email if any of these apply to your request, what is being retained, and when that retention period ends.
