1. Overview

This Payment and Refund Policy governs all financial transactions related to Ragenaizer services, including Vision, Chat, Drive, and HRMS. By subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms.

Our Commitment: We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees. What you see is what you pay.

2. Pricing & Plans

Ragenaizer offers flexible pricing to meet various organizational needs:

3. Billing Cycle

3.1 Monthly Billing

  • Charged on the same date each month
  • Access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Can cancel anytime with no long-term commitment

3.2 Annual Billing

  • Charged once per year on your subscription anniversary
  • Includes discount compared to monthly billing (typically 20% savings)
  • Full year access from purchase date

Pro Tip: Annual billing saves you money and ensures uninterrupted service. Consider upgrading for the best value.

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • Digital Wallets: PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay
  • Bank Transfer: Wire transfer for Enterprise plans (minimum $5,000)
  • Invoice: NET-30 terms available for qualified Enterprise customers

All payments are processed securely through PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store your full credit card details.

5. Free Trial

We offer a free trial to help you evaluate our services:

  • Duration: 14 days for all new accounts
  • Features: Full access to all features in Professional plan
  • No Credit Card Required: Start your trial without payment information
  • Automatic Expiration: Trial ends automatically if not converted

Important: After your trial ends, you will need to select a paid plan to continue using our services. Your data will be retained for 30 days after trial expiration.

6. Upgrades & Downgrades

6.1 Upgrading Your Plan

  • Upgrades take effect immediately
  • You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period
  • Additional features become available instantly

6.2 Downgrading Your Plan

  • Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period
  • You retain access to higher-tier features until then
  • No prorated refunds for downgrades
  • Ensure your usage fits within the new plan's limits before downgrading

6.3 Adding or Removing Users

  • Additional users can be added anytime (prorated billing)
  • Removed users are credited to your account for future billing

7. Cancellation Policy

7.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
  • Contacting our support team at billing@ragenaizer.com

7.2 What Happens When You Cancel

  • Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • You can continue using all features until the subscription ends
  • After cancellation, your account will be downgraded to limited access
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted

7.3 Data Export

Before cancellation, we recommend exporting your data. You can export:

  • Files and documents from Drive
  • Chat history and messages
  • Meeting recordings
  • HRMS reports and employee data

8. Refund Policy

8.1 Refund Eligibility

8.2 How to Request a Refund

  1. Email billing@ragenaizer.com with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email and reason for the refund
  3. We will respond within 2 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

8.3 Non-Refundable Items

  • Partial months of service
  • Setup fees for Enterprise or Self-Hosted deployments
  • Custom development or integration work
  • Training and onboarding services
  • Third-party add-ons or integrations

Our Promise: If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of your annual subscription, we'll refund your payment in full. No questions asked.

9. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will:

  1. Notify you immediately via email about the failed payment
  2. Retry automatically after 3 days, then again after 7 days
  3. Provide a grace period of 14 days to update payment information
  4. Suspend account if payment is not received after the grace period

Avoid Disruption: Keep your payment information up to date. You can update your payment method anytime in Account Settings → Billing.

10. Taxes

  • Prices displayed may not include applicable taxes
  • Sales tax, VAT, or GST will be added based on your location
  • Tax-exempt organizations can provide documentation for exemption
  • Tax receipts are available in your billing history

11. Enterprise & Self-Hosted

11.1 Enterprise Plans

  • Custom pricing based on organization size and requirements
  • Annual billing with NET-30 payment terms available
  • Dedicated account manager and SLA guarantees
  • Volume discounts for large deployments

11.2 Self-Hosted Deployments

  • One-time license fee plus annual support and updates
  • License is perpetual; support renewal is optional
  • Refunds available within 30 days if not deployed
  • No refunds after software has been deployed in production
