Problems Ragenaizer Accounts solves out of the box
Xero shut down its India operation. If you need GSTR-1, GSTR-3B or TDS returns, Xero literally cannot help you — you need an entirely different vendor.
Xero's Starter plan caps you at 20 invoices and 5 bills per month. Cross either threshold and you're upgraded automatically. The "starter" plan is really a trial.
Xero only does books. Sales pipeline, projects, payroll, HR — you're buying separate tools and gluing them together with the Xero App Marketplace and a lot of patience.
Xero Expenses, Xero Projects, Xero Payroll — each adds per-user fees on top of the base subscription. By the time you've enabled the modules you actually want, the bill has doubled.
Move off Xero and stop running 5 connected products to do one job.
