The enterprise default. Compared honestly — including the governance ground where Microsoft is far ahead.
Start with what Microsoft wins, because it is not close: identity, device management, compliance tooling and enterprise governance. If your IT policy is built on Entra ID and Intune, that is a real argument and no comparison table changes it. The difficulty is that "Microsoft" is not one product here. Microsoft 365 covers mail, meetings, chat and files. The books are Dynamics 365 Business Central — a separate product, separately licensed, usually implemented by a partner. Indian payroll is neither, and comes from a third-party ISV. So the stack that matches what we do is three purchases and an implementation, with the joins between them being someone's responsibility. Ours is one product on one ledger. Ragenaizer is a business OS, not an ERP and not a point tool: the same seat opens meetings, mail, chat, drive, CRM, HR, accounts and projects on one login and one ledger.
We compare the shape of each bill rather than quoting their prices, because their rates change, vary by region and by negotiation, and we cannot verify them. Get a current quote from Microsoft before you decide. Ours is a fixed annual seat block at ₹1,200 per seat per month, exclusive of GST.
A comparison page that finds no reason to keep the other tool is not a comparison, it is an advert. Three honest ones.
Entra ID, Intune, conditional access and the compliance tooling around them are ahead of anything we offer. If security governance is the gating requirement, that is a genuine reason to stay and we will say so.
The modelling relationship between Excel and Business Central is tight and long-established. If your controller lives in Excel, weigh that seriously.
A partner who knows your Business Central configuration is worth real money, and switching costs you that relationship as well as the licences.
Business Central is licensed and implemented separately from Microsoft 365, so the ledger and the mailbox are two purchases with an integration between them.
One product, one seat, one ledgerPF, ESI, PT and payroll TDS come from a third-party product bolted onto the stack, with its own contract and its own data.
Statutory payroll in the same product as the booksBusiness Central deployments generally run through a partner, with a scoping phase and a fee before you raise an invoice.
Set it up yourself; ask us when stuckCopilot is priced per user on top of the products it sits in.
The assistant is includedNot features they lack — categories they are not in.
Copilot drafts and summarises inside each product. Ours raises a purchase order, approves it, records a loan instalment and raises an interest invoice, across every module, inside your permissions.
1,172 tools across nine servicesGSTR-1 and its JSON, GSTR-3B, TDS both sides, and PF, ESI, PT and payroll TDS from a country configuration — in the same product as the ledger they post to.
No third contractBatch and expiry, per-batch MRP, serials, bills of material and work orders, a barcode counter that dispenses FEFO, and an ecommerce API on the same live stock.
Business Central needs partner add-ons for most of thisSeven invariants over every draft, two of them hard stops, with the derivation of each payslip number available rather than implied.
Net pay never negative; engine version trackedAt the bottom, where it belongs — a table is evidence for an argument, not the argument itself. Our gaps are marked in red, in the same table as everything else.
